Mark Rohan

Mark has enjoyed an incredible 2011 season, winning all six events in the UCI World Paracycling Cup series and winning gold in time trial and road race events at the UCI World Paracycling Road Championships.

Mark played football for Westmeath at U-21 level before he was paralysed in a road accident in 2001. Mark then represented Ireland at wheelchair basketball from 2005 to 2009 before he chose to focus on handcycling.

Mark will be hoping to carry on his impressive form and make a major impact at London 2012. He will be blogging via Sky Sports on the way to the Games.
